Croxdale, Deadrick Grant, Sr., age 87, of Knoxville, passed away Sunday, November 21, 2010. Retired from Preston Graphics; formerly employed by S. B. Newman Printing Co. Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Inez Croxdale; daughter, Norma Jean Brown and husband Ken; son, Rick Croxdale and wife Vicky; grandchildren, Paul Newman, Mandy Chaffins; great-grandchildren, Nicole, Ashley, and Haley Newman, Nicolas and Elijah Chaffins; sister, Mary Jane Smith; sister-in-law, Martha Croxdale; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel, Wednesday, 6 – 8 pm, with funeral service at 8pm, Morris Stallard and Paul Newman officiating. Interment will be at Lynnhurst Cemetery, 1 pm Friday. Pallbearers will be Walt Clancy, Orville Stallard, Daniel Stallard, Bill Powell, Vernon Bolden, Morris Stallard.
