Dear Debbie, I am so thankful that you were my daughters 'second mom'.  I could not have picked a better mother-in-law for her.  I am thankful for your son and my daughter - they are a great team.  You had a hand in that by being such a great Mom, and so supportive of both of them, and our grandchildren. This was a sad shock to me.  I loved working with Deb so much, we always knew how to make work fun.  She was an awsome lady, and one heck of a leader.  Hardee's will never be the same.  She is very loved, and will be missed more than words could ever say.  Thank you Debbie Baybay for being the fabulous person you were.  I would also like to thank the family for respecting her wish for a party.  All of Debs' family and friends are in my thoughts and prayers.  Love and hugs Debbie Baybay, until we meet again.

I want to send my deepest condolences to you all in the loss of a special lady.  I am the Regional Training Manager for Hardee's and had the pleasure of working with Debbie over the last few years.  Debbie had a passion for the business and especially for her team and wanted to make sure they new she cared about them and that they were successful.  She was a valuable resource to her District Manager's and to her peers and always tried to help if possible.  She loved her family more than life itself and that fueled her passion for life.  She will be deeply missed by all.
