BLACK, DONNA ANN - age 68, of Powell, passed away on Monday, December 31, 2012 at home. She was retired from Knox County Sheriff Department. Donna fought a brave fight with cancer. Survivors include special friend and life partner for 22 years, David Hammick; son, Troy Witt; grandson, Carlos Witt; granddaughter, Amber Witt; brother, Eugene McCoy; special sister-in-law, Ann Black; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Thursday, January 3, 2013 , followed by the funeral service at 7:00 p.m. in the Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m. on Friday, January 4, 2013 for interment at 11:00 a.m. at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens.
