Preceded in death by his parents Frank T. Bays, Sr. and Ethel Marie Bays.
Survivors include his loving wife of 40 years Tina Bays, son and daughter-in-law Sean and Melissa Bays, son Derek Bays and fiancé’ Angel Pelton, granddaughter Sydney Bays, brother Frank Thomas Bays, Jr. and other extend family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Temple Baptist Church of Powell.
The Bays family will receive friends Friday, May 3, 2013 from 5-7pm in the Curtis Hutson Center at Temple Baptist Church of Powell. A Funeral Service will follow at 7pm with Pastor Clarence Sexton officiating. Family and friends will meet Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 11am in the Lynnhurst Chapel for a 11:30am interment service in the Lynnhurst Cemetery.
