

Edda Sue Miracle, of New Market, TN passed away October 13, 2017. She was born July 22, 1942 in Knoxville to the late Arthur and Margaret Cloud. She grew up in the Ball Camp community and attended Karns High School. She was a longtime resident of the Halls community in Knoxville and New Port Richey, Florida. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was known as Mimi to her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and friends. Edda had a loving, kind, and giving spirit and was a friend to many people. She was a homemaker, seamstress, and multi-talented crafter. Her dogs, Precious and Belle, were great companions to her. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Conley Miracle, her two sons, Dr. Ted Miracle and his wife Rachel of Charlotte, NC, and Howard Miracle and his wife Barbara of New Market, TN, sister JoAnn Reagan of Knoxville, grandchildren Sarah Meyer and her husband Nathaniel of Plano, TX, Nathan Miracle of Charlotte, NC, and Thomas Miracle and his wife Stephanie of New Market, TN, four great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Margaret Cloud, brother, John Elbert Cloud, and sisters, Beulah (Boot) Morrison, Patricia (Pat) Miller, and Fay Waggoner. The family wishes to express its gratitude to the staff of UT Hospice and Serenity House for the compassion they showed Edda. In lieu of flowers, donations in remembrance of Edda may be made to Friends of Hospice Serenity House, 1052 Kennedy Circle, Morristown, TN 37813. Friends will be received at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home at 2300 W. Adair Drive, Knoxville, TN 37918 on Tuesday, October 17 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held immediately afterwards.
