Edward Ray Marshall

Edward Marshall –February 18, 1939 – September 23, 2017-age 78 of Knoxville passed away suddenly Saturday afternoon while visiting in North Carolina. He was a member of Wallace Memorial Baptist Church. He was a Navy veteran. Preceded in death by parents; Clarence and Florence Marshall, brothers and sisters; Robert, Bill, Ralph, Barbara, Dorothy, and Virginia. Survived by wife of 12 years Joyce Marshall, children, Curtis (Tina) Marshall, Donna Lukins, Glenn Marshall, stepdaughter Cindy (Denny) Bates, stepson Bobby (Jillian) Kinsella. Grandchildren: Jordan Marshall, Nick (Christy) Lukins, Noelle Lukins, Elisha Brewer, Kirsten (Mike) Shumaker, Kinlee (Tyler) Maples, Hannah, Mason, Nathan, Noah and Nicholas Kinsella. Great-grandson, Hudson Shumaker and great-granddaughter, Katalyna Shumaker. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home, 2300 Adair Drive. Graveside service at 12 pm Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Greenwood Cemetery in Knoxville with Rev. Kent Williams officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:15 am Wednesday at the funeral home to go in funeral procession. Pallbearers: Jordan Marshall, Nick Lukins, Mike Shumaker, Tyler Maples, Richard Sissum, Ken Cone.
