Ellen Inez Livesay age 85 of Arden, N.C. beloved Mother and Nana, passed away May 27, 2021 at Creekview Health and Rehabilitation. She was of the Episcopal Faith. Preceded in death by parents, George Bascom Livesay and Sarah Gladys Ramsey Livesay; siblings, Ross Macklin “Hoot” Livesay, Chester Herbert “Dib” Livesay, Clarence Bascom “Bud” Livesay, Gladys Blanche Livesay Parkey and Ruby Evelyn Livesay Sweatt. Survived by son, R. Steven Owens and wife, Lucia; 3 grandchildren, R. Jason (Leslie Cole) Owens, Allison C. (Ansel) Peacock and Savannah E. Owens (Patrick Smith); great-grandchild, Henry David Owens; siblings, Johnny (Pam) Livesay and Judy (Don) Jones. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Sunday, May 30th at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home.
