Jones, Gertrude Reba, age 86, of North Knoxville, passed away Monday, March 14, 2011 at home. Member of Glen Oaks Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd F. Jones; son, Terry Lynn Jones. Survivors include her children, Frances Neff and husband Ted, Brenda Corvette, Larry Jones and wife Bobbie, Troy Jones, Buddy Jones, Ricky Jones and wife June; 17 grandchildren; sisters, Jewel Bridges, Norma Smith; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; special friend, Sue Reagan.
The family will receive friends at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel, Wednesday, 6 until 8 pm, Rev. Guy Milam will officiate the 8 pm funeral service. Family and friends will meet at Greenwood Cemetery, 12:45pm Thursday, for 1 pm graveside services. Pallbearers will be grandchildren.
