Mintz, Jeremy Christopher, age 50, of Knoxville, TN passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. Jeremy was born January 21, 1972 in Sheffield, Alabama to the late Ronald Mintz and surviving Carolyn Maples. He was a 1991 Halls High School graduate. Jeremy married Susan Chance in 2007 in Knoxville, TN. He was an avid fisherman and dancer. Jeremy loved traveling and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Susan; three children, Austin, Thomas, and Eli; a brother, Holland (Shelley) Ricker; aunt, Renee Davis; uncles, Kenny Mintz, Phil (Janice) Maples, and Gil (Sara) Maples; and a few nephews and cousins. Family, friends, and those lives who Jeremy touched are invited to Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home on Sunday, February 20, 2022 from 4 p.m.- 6 p.m. to reminisce, grieve, offer support, and condolences to the family. Graveside service to take place Monday, February 21st at Lynnhurst Cemetery, meeting at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. for a 11 a.m. service. There will be a reception following the graveside service.
