Jo Ann Mitchell

Jo Ann Latham Mitchell, age 75, passed away, Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at her home. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Jo Ann was a faithful servant of God and of Pentecostal Faith. Preceded in death by parents, John and Mary Latham; brothers, Johnny Latham, Othie Latham, Lester Latham, Hobbie Latham; sisters, Francis Holt, Nancy Richards.

Survived by husband of 57 years, Glenn L. Mitchell; children, Glenn L. Mitchell Jr. (Karen), Sharon Richards (Steve), Jennifer Mitchell (Mahmoud); grandchildren, Lyndsey Parrott, Taylor Duncan, Cody Richards, Page Bowser, Coty Bowser, Tyler Bowser; 13 great grandchildren; sisters, Carolyn Tolliver, Linda Collins; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 5 – 7 pm Sunday at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home, 2300 Adair Drive. The chapel service will follow with Rev. Becky Milligan officiating.
