Dr. Harb was a dear friend to us. I so much enjoyed our conversations on antiques, rugs, and life when he visited at the gallery. His giftings in the field of medicine and antiques were renown. How grateful we were for his education in the field of antique rugs. His sense of humor always made our time together special. We were privileged to know this wonderful man.

Dr. Harb was a kind person and gifted doctor. He was a colleague of mine and friend. We will miss him greatly. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Dearest family

On behalf of the Dughman family, we want to express our sincerest symphathies for the passing of a wonderful cousin. Joe is truly a special person who cared for so many good souls. We credit Joe for saving and extending the life of my grandfather, John D Harb, during his illness. Our prayers to all family members.

So sorry to hear of Joe's passing. We grew up in the same neighborhood, his family on Oglewood and mine on Paige St. Went to Fulton High School at the same time and graduated with Eleanor. Our condolences to the family. Sorry we won't be able to be there in person but we live in Texas.
