Lorraine V. Hodge

Hodge, Lorraine V., age 71, of Maryville, passed away Sunday, November 7, 2010 at Ft. Sander’s Regional Hospital. She was a long time member of Deadrick Ave. Baptist Church. Lorraine’s first job was at Riche’s Department Store and more recently she worked in collections for several area hospitals. She was a former member of ABWA, Dogwood Chapter. Preceded in death by her first husband, William W. Dodson, Jr.; parents, Cliff and Della Burnett.

Survivors include husband, Victor M. Hodge; children; daughter, Lori Sumter and husband, Stacy, daughter, Kelly Amato and husband, George and son, Greg Dodson; grandchildren, Ben, Joe and Josh Sumter, Holly and David Amato, Noah Dodson; sister, Loretta Crawford; brother, Ed Burnett; several nieces, nephews, step-children, and step-grandchildren and brothers and sisters-in-law. Life long friend, Mary Ellen Ballew.

The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 pm Thursday with the funeral service to follow at 8 pm in the Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel. The Rev. Glen Grubb will officiate.
