Mary Sue was Bob’s beloved wife of 51 years, a devoted and loving mother to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mary’s father passed away when she was only five years old and she was taught to be hardworking and expected her family and others to be the same. She loved cooking and lawn work where she said she would, “Talk to God.” Being a devout christian who studied her bible, she witnessed to those who cared for her as she lay four years courageously fighting cancer, one of man's dreadful foes. Fun loving, compassionate yet bossy to some she truly was concerned about others souls. She will be dearly missed by her sister-in-law Brenda who had been known to talk long distance as much as 8 hours when troubled for Mary’s encouragement.
A truly special thank you and appreciation to her Doctors, nurses and other staff members who were professional, compassionate and caring to her and each family member. Numerous times throughout the day and night we heard, “Is there anything I can get for you? If you need anything, ask us and we will help.”
