Goudeau Jr., Melvin R. 71 of Knoxville, TN passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2021. He was of the Catholic faith. Melvin obtained an Associates Degree in Electronics and was a long time employee of Max Nathan Jr., Attorney at Law. Growing up in New Orleans, he acquired a love of jazz and gospel music, knowing many of the local talent such as Fats Domino. Melvin was one of the nicest men you would ever meet and was loved by all that knew him. He will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by parents, Melvin and Rita Goudeau. Melvin is survived by the love of his life, Susie Howell; Goudeau family in Louisiana; Howell and Buck family in Tennessee.
Graveside service will take place Tuesday, January 26th at 3:00pm at Lynnhurst Cemetery with interment to follow. Chandis Buck will officiate.
