Peggy King Surgenor Seavers, age 73, of Knoxville, passed away Saturday, January 13, 2018. Peggy was a retired cosmetologist. She was a dearly loved daughter, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt. Preceded in death by husband, Manuel Surgenor; father, Pink King; husband, Paul Seavers; and brother, Donald King. Survivors include mother, Ruby King; daughters, Candy Boggs and husband Rick, Robin Chabot and husband Vincent; son, Manuel Surgenor, Jr. and wife Wright; grandchildren, Ronnie, Amanda, Bobby, Amberly, Taylor, Breanna, and Manuel III; great-grandchildren, Adalynn, Corbin, and Elijah; sister and best friend, Patsy Bradley and husband Pete; special niece Sissie and several other nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 5-7pm Sunday, January 14th with the funeral service to follow in the chapel at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home, 2300 Adair Drive. Rev. Charlie Reynolds will officiate.
