Richard (Haney) Jackson, age 81, of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord on Friday, August, 11, 2017. Preceded in death by wife of 46 years, Martha Ruth Jackson; son, Jay Wesley Jackson and many other loved ones. Survived by daughters, Cindy Christian, Penny McKinney, Ginger Jackson; 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild; sister, Patsy Ellis; brothers, Ralph, David, and Cecil Jackson; several nieces and nephews. Special lifelong friends Charlie McCulley and James Burress. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, with the funeral services to follow in the chapel of Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home, 2300 Adair Drive. Reverend Wayne Lay will officiate.
