Robert Clifford McGill Jr. Jr., age 78, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2023 at his home. He was a member of Dante church of God. He was retired from ParkWest Hospital and was formerly employed by Lay's Packing Company and Standard Knitting Mill. Preceded in death by parents, Robert, Sr. and Edna McGill. Survivors include wife of 59 years, Sandra Faye McGill; sons, Robert Matthew Jason McGill and wife Kristy, and Archie Ray McGill and wife Pam; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Billy McGill (Jane); sister, Georgia West (Bill); and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home, 2300 Adair Drive, Knoxville, TN 37918, with the funeral to follow, officiated by Rev David Snyder. Family and friends will meet at Sherwood Memorial Gardens at 2:45 PM Thursday for a 3 PM Graveside Service.
