Cooper, Stella Florence Grey Tipton, age 93, of Dandridge, passed away Wednesday, December 8, 2010. Member of Second United Methodist Church, Knoxville. Preceded in death by husbands Butler Clyde Tipton and Melvin G. Cooper; son, Eugene Tipton; daughter, Judith Tipton Rush. Surviving family includes her daughters, Carolyn Hayes, Brenda and husband Greg Foreman, Patricia and husband Terence Heath; sons, Jerry B. Tipton, Richard and wife Linda Tipton, Danny Ray and wife Debbie Tipton, Steve and wife Betty Tipton; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel Sunday 2 -4pm, followed by funeral services officiated by Reverend Darrell William, Reverend Gary Ball and Reverend Larry Ball.
