Thea is preceded in death by parents, James L. and Katherine Ridley; sister, Beverly DeFord; husband, Bill Carico; and grandson, Andrew Hunt.
She is survived by brother, Larry (Fran) Ridley; daughter, Melinda McBride; son, Doug (Lisa) Hunt; grandchildren, Macie (Josh) Roberts, Amanda (Daniel Shelton) Hunt, Brady (Brooke) McBride, and Daniel (Brooke) Hunt; several great-grandchildren and stepchildren.
The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to Fresenius Kidney Care in Powell for their care and support. We are deeply grateful to Ella Armes for special care and whose kindness brought comfort to Thea in her last few years and her dear friends from the Vocational Rehabilitation Office.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 26th at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home with Memorial service at 12:00 p.m. Graveside service will immediately follow at Lynnhurst Cemetery.
