Wayne Croley

Wayne Croley went to be with the Lord on April 23, 2026, at the age of 68. He was born on March 26, 1958, and was a resident of Knoxville, Tennessee. Wayne was a member and ordained Deacon of For His Glory Christian Church. He also proudly served in the TN Air National Guard. In his spare time, Wayne enjoyed traveling on cruises, woodworking, and watching the TN Vols play football.

Wayne was preceded in death by mother, Georgia Croley; father, John Croley; brothers, J.R. and Hubert Croley; sister, Linda Delk. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Cathy Croley; son, Chad (Stacy) Croley; grandchildren, Cameron, Peyton, Reagan, and Madeline Croley; sister, Phyllis (David) White; several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the ICU staff at Tennova North, Andrew Steidl, NP and special caregiver, Holly Bowman, RN for their wonderful care of Wayne.

Family will receive friends Monday, April 27th from 5:30-7:30pm at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home with funeral service at 7:30pm. Rev. Mike McKinney and Mike Darden officiating. Graveside service will take place Tuesday, April 28th at Lynnhurst Cemetery, meeting at the graveside at 12:45pm for a 1pm service.
