Prosser, Wayne Milton, age 70, of Knoxville, passed away Sunday, April 21, 2013 at Shannondale Healthcare. He retired from Midas Mufflers and later became a missionary with Ambassadors for Christ, building homes for pastors and people in need. He loved woodworking and was an excellent cabinet maker. He loved Tennessee and enjoyed the hot summers.
Survived by wife, Joan Prosser; daughter and son-in-law, Synda and Pedro Lopez; son and daughter-in-law, Matthew and Heather Prosser; grandchildren, Lydia Lopez and Isaac Lopez, Madison Prosser and Aliza Prosser; sisters, Judy Prosser and Shirley Prosser; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends 6 – 7 pm Wednesday with the funeral service to follow in the Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel with Rev. Jeff Brooks officiating. Family and friends will meet at Lynnhurst Cemetery for an entombment at 11 am Thursday.
