I loved you like a brother, I will miss you forever.
Even thro we didn't see each other every year
when we got together it was like we picked up
where we left off. I have so many fond memories
of visiting when I was young and going on your
paper route, us hopping over creeks and sliding
across pipes to get to the other side. We laughed
went to church, walked and enjoyed the cooking
Mommy Welch had waiting for us. Wish I had
lots more days with you, Love you , Diane

BILL WAS A DEAR FRIEND AND HIGH SCHOOL CLASSMATE. WE HAD PLANNED ON HAVING A MEAL AT ONE OF THE RESTAURANTS IN KNOXVILLE WHEN I WAS IN TOWN. UNFORTUNATELY WE DIDN'T GET TO. MY GIRLFRIEND AND I WAS BROKE UP ONCE AND BILL WAS IN THE HIGH SCHOOL VARIETY SHOW. HE SANG THE SONG " CRYING" MY WIFE AND I OFTEN THOUGHT OF THOSE GOOD DAYS. BILL WAS A BIG PART IN THOSE GOOD TIMES. WE ALSO WORKED SUMMERS AT OUR PRINCIPALS PLACE. ENJOYED A LOT OF GOOD TIMES. HE WAS A SPECIAL FRIEND AND BROTHER IN CHRIST. HE WILL BE MISSED BY ALL WHO LOVED HIM. GOD BLESS HIS WIFE , CHILDREN, GRANDCHILDREN AND FRIENDS
