Abran S. Hernandez, son of Felicita and Abraham Hernandez passed away Sunday, January 3rd, 2016.
Mr. Hernandez, also known as our beloved Tio Chi Chi, was born and raised in La Feria, Tx.
Abran is survived by his four sisters, Hortencia and Ascencion Lopez, Lupita (Alfredo) Longoria, Mary and
Jose Hernandez, Susie and Toby Esperricueta and his only brother Leon and Enie Hernandez.
Also survived by his children Abraham Hernandez III (Gloria), Linda Hernandez, Diana Naranjo (Marty),
Belinda Hernandez, Jason Hernandez, and his many grand and great grandchildren.
Abran is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews to whom he was more than just
“Tio Chi Chi.” He was our cherished “father” and rock.
Viewing will be held at Heavenly Grace in La Feria on Tuesday, January 5th, from 1-9pm
with a rosary at 7pm. Mass will be at St. Francis Xavier Church in La Feria on Wednesday,
January 6th, at 10am following the funeral at Restlawn Memorial.
To our father, our rock, our Tio Chi Chi: You will forever be loved and remembered. Our “Charles
