Carmen Olmeda

She was a devoted mother to her three children: Julio C. Olmeda (Terry), Monica Lopez (Mario), and Jesse Olmeda (Karen). She was also a proud and loving grandmother to seven grandchildren—Christian, Julyssa, Daniella, Jesse, Nikolas, Isabella, and Miranda—and one great-grandchild, Khai. In addition, she was blessed with a cherished extended family: Consuelo, Ricardo, Rocio, Paola, Valeria, and Abby.

Our mother was truly an angel on earth. Her life’s purpose was to care for her children and to be the best mother she could be. She loved us unconditionally and helped shape us into the men and women we are today. There will never be another person as genuinely loving and selfless as her.

We will miss her deeply and carry her in our hearts forever. The countless memories she gave us will help us through the pain of her absence.

Mom, we love you and thank you for everything you did for us. Thank you for being the best mother we could have ever asked for. We look forward to the day we are reunited with you. Until then, we know you will be watching over us, just as you always have.

A Memorial Service will be held at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 26873 N. White Ranch Road, La Feria, Texas 78559, US, on April 4, 2026, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a Rosary on April 4, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
