Born on February 23, 1947, in San Benito, Texas, Elisa dedicated her life to faith, family, and serving her community with compassion and grace. A devoted member of her church and the community, Elisa was always ready to help—organizing, volunteering, and lifting others up with her warm spirit. She was especially known for her love of baking and for creating beautiful goodie baskets that made holidays and gatherings feel extra special. Elisa is lovingly survived by her children Dana Pierson-McBryde, Eric Pierson, Jovanna Pierson-De La Rosa, and Jordyne Pierson; her cherished grandchildren Austin Pierson-Weber, Hannah Cate, Bellah McBryde, Mia Pierson, Kaitlin Pierson, and Nikaeyla Rachelle De La Rosa; and her beloved **great-grandchildren Brooks Weber and Roman Medrano. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Carroll W. Pierson.
