Elva N Lucio

Elva Navarro Lucio, (88), of Harlingen, TX, died peacefully in her home on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, surrounded by her family. She was born in Harlingen, TX on Nov 7, 1936 to Conrada Lozano Navarro and Alberto Navarro, and from a young age, she was devoted to her family.

Elva was preceded in death by her parents, Alberto Navarro and Conrada Lozano Navarro; her late husband, Manuel Lucio, Jr.; brothers Pablo Navarro and Gilberto Navarro; and sister, Herminia Navarro Bernal; grandchildren, Andrew Javier Guerra and Stefanie Marie Guerra, and is survived by brother, Julian Navarro; her children, Ana L. Bermea (Bill Conklin), Idalia L. Romo (Jim Romo), Blanca L. Tapia (Chaz Giese), Manuel Lucio III (Melissa D. Lucio), and Michelle L. Guerra (Javier Guerra); her grandchildren: Salina Mailer (Matthew Mailer), Arturo David Bermea (Allison Ann Barkman), Robert Tapia (Meghan Tapia), Aaron Abel Bermea, Gregory Tapia (Krystal Tapia), Christopher Romo (Reese D. Romo), Jennifer Tapia Rangel (John David Rangel), Matthew David Lucio, Mia Christina Lucio, Faith Hope Guerra, and Kayla Reese Guerra; and her great-grandchildren, Mattie Mailer, Jackson Mailer, Willow Tapia, Adelyn Brinley Bermea, Mikey Salazar, Emma Rene Tapia, Sophia Mae Tapia, Dominic John Rangel, Jeremiah Tapia, Jamie Tapia and Jazlynn Rose Rangel.

A visitation for Elva will be held Monday, September 8, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with a prayer service at 7:00PM at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 26873 N. White Ranch Road, La Feria, Texas 78559. A chapel service will occur Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 10:00 AM. A burial will occur Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Heavenly Grace Memorial Park.
