Elvira Orona, age 74, of Harlingen, Texas passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2021. Elvira was born February 28, 1946 to Lydia Robles and Justo Robles.

She liked to spend time reading, gardening, and adding to her doll collection. Elvira loved to travel and was very dedicated to working for charities.

Elvira is survived by her husband, Jesse Orona, Sr; sons John Senteno, Jose Senteno, and Jesse Orona, Jr; grandchildren, John the 2nd, Jonann, Jonathan, Jonluke, Jonelle; great granchildren, Joniyah, Oliviah, John the 3rd, Harmany, Melody, Amelia and Sebastian; her sisters, Maria Lydia Lara, Josephina Garcia, Oralia Sanchez, Nina Tovar, and Mercedes Albee.

Elvira was preceded in death by her parents, Justo and Lydia Robles; sister Lydia Cantu; brothers Francisco Robles and Gene Robles; and her nephew Rolando Tovar.
