Evangelina was a friendly and loveable person. She loved to cook a delicious buffet for her family and friends. Of course, who can forget her signature homemade flour tortillas. She also loved to sew and spend time outside tending to her garden. Not only that, but she also loved to spoil all her grandchildren. She loved them all from the bottom of her heart. Every Sunday, she loved to have her tamales, barbacoa, and pan dulce.
Evangelina was a hard working housewife with a strong and lovely spirit. She'd migrate with her husband and family to Michigan and Ohio during harvest season from 1955 through 2010.
She will live forever in our hearts, and we'll all miss her dearly.
