Genaro Alvarez

Jerry is preceded in death by his father Jose Alvarez Sr. and leaves behind to cherish his memory, his children Ezequiel, Micaela and Clarissa Alvarez. His mother Leonila Alvarez and his significant other Tanya Anderson and her children Bobbie Jo and Trevor also survive him. He is also survived by his siblings, Rosalinda (Arturo) Cobarrubias, Jose Jr. (Elsa), Mateo (Martha) Alvarez, Gracie (Scott) Bradwell, Nora (Reed) Shoemaker, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends who loved and cherished him

The family is forever thankful of the unwavering care Jerry received from Tanya, Dr. Michael Muniz and his niece Vanessa Cobarrubias (PA-C).

Family and friends will be received at St. Francis Xavier Church, 502 S. Canal St., La Feria, TX Saturday, May 20, 2023, beginning at 9:00 AM, Holy Rosary at 9:30 followed by a Memorial Mass at 10:00. Inichment immediately after mass at Heavenly Grace Memorial Park, 26873 N White Ranch Rd, La Feria, TX 78559.
