James L Green passed on October 21, 2026, at the age of 89. Born on September 30, 1937, James was a resident of Palm Valley, Texas; (formerly of Palos Hills, Illinois).
A former Chicago police officer, James is survived by his children; Donna Campbell & Kenneth Green. He is also survived by his brother, John Green, as well as beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Fay Green and Elizabeth Cooper Green; beloved wife, JoAnn Green; son, James M Green.
A memorial service in Illinois is to be announced by the family at a later date.
