Javier is preceded in death by his parents: Marcos and Virginia Rodriguez, brother; Jaime Rodriguez, and his son; Javier (Chachito) Rodriguez Jr.
He is survived by his brother: Arturo Rodriguez, Children: Debora R. Aguirre (Steve), Geraldine R. Clark (Tim), Marco A. Rodriguez, and Benito Rodriguez (Annie). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
