Our sincere condolence to the family of John Avent.  We are sorry for your loss.   He was such a sweet neighbor.  RIP partner!!!


 The first time I met John was at a neighborhood get together.   His family and mine were both new to the area.  My first impression was what  a happy,  easy going, and funny man he was.  He told several people at the party that I was "Ms. Arizona" back in the 1980s.....completely untrue.  We went with the joke for a few minutes and then we both started laughing.   
He served our country in the military and as a reservation principal.  He was a wonderful man and I feel blessed to have met John.
