With profound sadness and unwavering faith in God’s promise of eternal life, we announce the passing of our beloved Jordan Leigh Grafton, who went home to be with her Lord and Savior on July 29, 2026, at the age of 33, following a courageous battle with cancer.
Born and raised in Harlingen, Texas, Jordan was a beautiful light in the lives of everyone who knew her. She was known for her infectious smile, her incredible sense of humor, and her ability to bring laughter and joy wherever she went. Jordan loved to sing and had a way of filling the hearts of those around her with happiness.
Jordan had one of the most selfless hearts. She was the kind of person who would do anything for someone else without ever being asked. She noticed when people needed help and stepped in with love and compassion. Even throughout her battle with cancer, Jordan’s greatest concern was not for herself, but for the people she would leave behind. She worried about how her family and loved ones would carry on without her, a testament to the depth of her love and the beautiful heart she carried throughout her life.
Above all else, Jordan cherished her family. She was a devoted wife to her husband, Thomas Lee Grafton, and a loving mother to her children, Addison Mae Grafton, age 5, and Camden Michael Grafton, age 3. Her children were her greatest joy, and she poured her heart into creating a life filled with love, laughter, and precious memories for them.
Jordan is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Lee Grafton; her cherished children, Addison Mae Grafton and Camden Michael Grafton; her mother, Kimberley Hedegard; her father, Jon Hedegard; her sister, Ashley Valdez, and brother-in-law, Robert Valdez; along with extended family and friends who were blessed by her kindness, humor, and unconditional love.
Jordan faced every challenge with incredible strength, grace, and faith. Even when life became difficult, she continued to encourage others, share her laughter, and put the needs of those she loved before her own. Her courage and compassion will continue to inspire all who knew her.
Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort knowing Jordan is now healed and resting in the presence of her Lord. Her love will continue to live on through her children, her family, and the countless lives she touched.
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18
Jordan’s life was a gift, her love was a blessing, and her memory will forever remain in our hearts.
Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever our angel.
