Juan is survived by his spouse, Lorie Leal Loya; his son Juan Loya III; his son Vincent Michael Loya; and his daughter Ashley Eslyzabeth Loya; his father Juan Loya Sr; his sister Roxanne Loya, his brother Jonathan Loya and his brother-in-law Ruben Martinez; his grandson Mason Arroyo, his uncle Javier Loya, his uncle Pedro Loya, his uncle Santiago Loya, his aunt Delia Loya Perez, his pallbear Juan Loya, his pallbear Vincent Michael Loya, his pallbear Isaac Loya, his pallbear Fabian Loya, his pallbear Jonathan Loya, his pallbear Ruben Martinez and his pallbear Juan Loya III.

Juan was preceded in death by his daughter Alysha Ashley Loya; his mother Maria Lizzette Loya; his paternal grandmother Juliana Hinojosa Loya, his maternal grandmother Jesusa Zepeda, and his uncle Francisco Hinojosa Loya.

A visitation for Juan will be held Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home, 26873 N. White Ranch RD, La Feria, TX 78559. A prayer service will occur Thursday, November 4, 2021 at 7:00 PM. A funeral mass will occur Friday, November 5, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. Francis Xavier, La Feria, Texas. A burial will occur Friday, November 5, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Heavenly Grace Memorial Park., 26873 N. White Ranch Road, La Feria, Texas 78559.
