Lloyd a retiree of the Social Security Administration was preceded in death by his grandmother, Aletha Herwig; and by his father, Thomas Meek Forsythe.
He is survived by his mother, Helen Kemple; his wife of 54 years, Ida Forsythe; three daughters, Sonia Coines, Sheila Adair, and Mary Eckerson; a sister, Sandra Ashley; 6 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. He will be missed dearly by all whom loved him.
Funeral services will be held in Guthrie, OK and will be announced at a later date.
