Luis 11 month ago I talked to you at the VA in Harlingen. You were like always happy and smiling . I will always remember how you made my work look easy. Your help with the color guards, drills with the other cadets. You will always be remember. God bless your family in this difficult time. Your father and mother were always supporting you . I will cherish the memories we made in high school especially in ROTC. You were always willing to lend a helping hand and set a great example for the rest of us to follow. You will be missed! RIP Luis, we will meet again.
