He passed away peacefully at the age of 72 in McAllen, Tx.
Manuel was born in Mercedes, Tx on April, 19, 1949. He enjoyed his life to the fullest. He encouraged his children to pursue their education as he had many accomplishments. He was a US Navy veteran, he earned a Masters in Business Administration, as well as a Masters of Education in Leadership. In his career, he was a stockbroker, manager, and educator.
Manuel is survived by his son Steven Garza (Fransisco Teniente), Sharon Vaughn (Dusty Vaughn), and Lisa Hinojosa (Alonzo Hinojosa). He had 8 grandchildren; Joshua Garza, Matthieu Garza, Zachry Garza, Cody Vaughn, Kaleb Vaughn, Abbygale Vaughn, Eric Hinojosa, and Anessa Hinojosa.
He was preceded in death by Manuel Garza and Dora Garza.
