Maria O. Ozuna Ordaz

Maria was born on June 25, 1941 in Granjeno, TX to Juan and Maria Ozuna. She was the eldest of four daughters.

Maria will be remembered by all for being a hard-worker and taking great pride in all that she did. She devoted her life to caring for others and always putting others first before herself. She cared for her parents and other family members, always being a source of support. For many years she worked as a provider/caregiver always being compassionate and dedicated to meeting her patient's needs.

She is survived by one daughter, Cynthia (Gus) Saldivar, one granddaughter, Gina Camacho and three sisters, Teresa (Alex) Espinoza, Reynalda (Arnulfo) Gutierrez and Juanita (Reynaldo) Casanova and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents Juan Ozuna and Maria Escalante Ozuna.

Services are under the direction of Heavenly Grace Funeral Home of La Feria, TX. Viewing will be on Sunday, September 25, 2016 at 1p.m. with a rosary at 7p.m. Mass will be on Monday, September 26, 2016 at St. Francis Xavier Church, La Feria, TX with internment following at Heavenly Grace Cemetary. Pallbearers will be Gilbert Espinoza, Roland Espinoza, Adrian Espinoza, Ricardo Casanova, Christopher Gonzalez, Omar Molano, Nick Gorena and Josue Molina.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Heavenly Grace Funeral Home and Crematory, a Dignity memorial provider.
