He is preceded in death by his father Juan F. Prieto Jr, his maternal grandfather Merced F. Torres, and paternal great grandmother Aurora Cardoza.
He is survived by the mother of his child Midajah S. Vidal, his son Ezra A. Prieto, his loving mother Maria M. Prieto, stepfather Eloy Gaytan, brother Anthony J. Prieto, sister Jennifer N. Prieto, his maternal grandmother Imelda Torres, paternal grandmother Olga C. Rosales, nephews D.J. Michael and Gabriel Mendoza and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A visitation for Merced will be held Monday, December 13, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home, 26873 N. White Ranch RD, La Feria, TX. A prayer service will occur Monday, December 13, 2021 at 7:00 PM. A burial will occur Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 11:00AM at Heavenly Grace Memorial Park.
