Noelia is survived by her husband, Jesus Rodriguez; and her children, Heriberto Rodriguez, Lou Ann Johnson, Jesse Rodriguez Jr, Sandy Juanes, and Carlos Rodriguez.
Visitation will be held at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 26873 N. White Ranch Road, La Feria, Texas 78559, on October 12, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St Mary's Catholic Church in Santa Rosa, TX, on October 12, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
Burial will follow at Heavenly Grace Memorial Park, 26873 N. White Ranch Road, La Feria, Texas 78559, US, on October 12, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
