Norma Lee Rangel Mendoza, at the age of 67, passed away on May 20, 2022 after battling a long illness.
Norma was born on December 10, 1954 to Roberto and Francis Rangel. She is survived by her husband, Pedro Mendoza, and son Gabriel. She is also survived by her sister Nelda Galvan, two brothers Albert and Arturo Rangel.
