I’m so sorry Tia, Tio and Lorenzo. My heart broke into so many pieces with the news followed by complete shock! So many memories passed through my mind. The ones I remember most are from when we were little and would have tricycle races down y’all’s street! Or from my 20’s and he would meet in McAllen to go out or Id meet him in Harlingen... always a great night. I regret not having seen him in so long but we did keep in touch through Facebook and so grateful for our last phone call. I love you so much Omie. Forever in my heart.

Miss you bro, love you brother. Met you when moved to Austin over 20 years ago. Been brothers ever since. Only fished with you a couple times, wish we had more opportunities to do so. Went to RGV multiple times a year to either visit island or wife's family with a Omar day scheduled each time to either fish or eat Las Vegas Cafe or whatever restaurant Omar suggested. I have too many memories to speak upon of Omar. We would talk all the time either about football or boxing we both loved both or just life in general sometimes hours at a time. Omar always spoke greatly of his many cousins and I know you miss him too. I wish I could text or call him one last time. Love you bro. See you on the other side

You never think you’d have to write one of these about someone until it actually happens. So many of my childhood memories are with my cousin Omar. He was such a funny guy and knew how to make everyone laugh, he always made me laugh for sure. We’d play video games, swim, he’d take me to the movies. I’ll never forget riding all over town in that little purple vehicle used to have. I Love you Omar, you will be missed cousin. ❤️
