Raquel S Gonzalez

Raquel S Gonzalez born January 6, 1955 in Harlingen, TX. Raquel is preceded in death by her son Jesus Ramon (JR) Gonzalez, her father Eufracio S Salazar, mother Guadalupe V Salazar and sister Rosalinda Guerrero. She is survived by her loving spouse of 52 years, Jesus, daughter Raquel (DJ) Martin, son Michael, and daughter Claudia (Adan) Guajardo. She also leaves behind her grandchildren Briana (Ruben), Trey, Adan, Francisco, and Andres as well as 1 great grandson, Ramon Marcus.

Raquel is also survived by her 6 siblings, Robert, Nora, Evelia, Lydia, Mirta and Ruth. Raquel was a devout Jehovah’s Witness since 09/14/1972 and has many brothers and sisters in faith that she also leaves behind to cherish her beautiful life.

Raquel loved fishing and the outdoors, was especially proficient at gardening, and delighted with family gatherings and laughing and joking as much as possible. She leaves her family and friends with so many beautiful memories of the good times.

Visitation will begin on Friday, May 5, 2023 from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am with a talk at 7:00 pm.
