Rosalio was born on January 25, 1944 in Harlingen, TX to the late Rosalio G. and Mary Frocks Pena. He is preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Bertha C. Pena, and his sister, Diana Pena Vargas.
Surviving children are Rosalie P. Olivarez (Arturo), Rebecca Ann Casanova (Octavio) and Robert Rosalio Pena (Mayra). His beloved grandchildren are Andrew, Katelyn, Raven, Mia, Aleksandr, Cristian, and Aaron. Great-grandchildren are Madelyn and Mason.
Surviving siblings are Minerva, John, Victor, Rosa, Jesse, Rosalia, and Ricardo.
Rosalio was a master electrician and the owner of Pena’s Electric for 49 years.
Visitation will be on Monday, July 25, 2022 from 3:00pm to 9:00pm, with a 7:00 pm prayer service at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home, 26873 N. White Ranch Road La Feria, TX 78559.
Funeral service will be on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 10:00am at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home with burial to follow at 11:00am.
