He loved the Lord, and his family was everything to him. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, and spending time with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed and remembered for being a kind, gentle, loving father and grandfather.
Salvador is survived by: Carlota S. Leyva (Doroteo); daughter Nelly S. Weaver; daughter Ruth S. Cortez; Son Oscar Sandoval (Janet); daughter Alicia S. Tamez. Salvador also leaves behind 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren, who will miss him greatly.
Salvador was preceded in death by his loving and caring wife, Petra G. Sandoval, daughter Rosalinda Sandoval, and granddaughter Cynthia Tamez.
A visitation for Salvador will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm.. A prayer service will occur Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 7:00 pm. A chapel service will occur Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 10:00 am, followed by the burial at 11:00 am at DIGNITY/HEAVENLY GRACE MEMORIAL PARK, 26873 North White Ranch Road, La Feria, Texas, 78559.
