He is survived by his wife Maria Aguinaga and six children, Ricardo Aguinaga, Javier (Anna Vasquez) Aguinaga, Juan Francisco (Rosie) Aguinaga, Sergio Aguinaga, Sylvia Aguinaga (Fernando Rodriguez) and Leticia Aguinaga (Martin Robledo). Six brothers and one sister, Pedro Garza, Gilberto Guerra, Lupe Guerra, Ramiro Guerra, Roy Guerra, Carlos Guerra, Gloria Trevino and his stepfather Lupe Guerra. He also leaves behind 18 grandchildren and 11 great- grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his mother Maria Luisa Guerra and brother Daniel Guerra.
Visitation will be held at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home Chapel on October 3, 2016 from 1:00pm - 9:00pm Rosary at 7pm. Funeral Services will held at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Santa Rosa, TX on October 4, 2016 at 10:00am with internment following at Heavenly Grace Memorial Park Cemetery.
