Yolanda G Casanova

Yolanda G. Casanova, 75, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, July 27, 2025. She was born September 26, 1949, to Casimiro and Beatriz Garza Garza in Monterrey Mexico. She moved to Harlingen, Texas as a young child. She graduated from Harlingen High school in 1968. After retiring from a career in banking she relocated to the Austin Area to be close to her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her Loving family; 2 children; Joe (Hayley) Casanova, Jennifer (Jon) O’Neal; 5 grandchildren; Jaxon Casanova, Tanner Casanova, Sloane Casanova, Abigail O’Neal, Raylan O’neal, 3 brothers; Cayetano Garza, Oscar (Rosa) Garza, Ricardo Garza, 1 sister; Alicia Montemayor and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters; Evelia G. Salinas, Ramona Garza, and Husband of 31 years Joe V. Casanova. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025, from 2:00pm to 7:00pm with a rosary to be recited at 6:00pm. A chapel service will be conducted on Friday, August 01, 2025, at 10:00am with a 11:00 am funeral service to be officiated by Brother Hoss Alvarez at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in La Feria Texas. Yolanda was a loving and dedicated daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She is and will be dearly loved and missed by all those who knew her. Funeral services are under the direction and care of Heavenly Grace Funeral Home of La Feria Texas.
