She was a retired secretary for the Commonwealth of Kentucky and a member of Campbellsburg Christian Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents; John and Willie Belle Tingle; and daughter Stephanie Gibbs.
Survivors include her husband of 42 years, J. W. Neal; grandchildren, Carrington Kinslow and Christopher Gibbs; family member, Brian Cody; and Winston, her dog and companion.
Cremation was chosen.
