She was born to the late Grover and Perna Carroll on April 23, 1936 in Taylor County, Kentucky.
Annetta was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and loved gospel music, flowers and babies.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years; Dallas Lynn Phillips, son; Roger Phillips, and her 4 siblings.
Left to cherish the memory of Annetta are her daughters; Sandra Sharp, Mona Burton (David), and Karen Button (Tom), honorary daughter; Joyce Jennings and family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
A funeral service for Annetta will be held at Calvary Baptist Church on Mt Olivet Rd in LaGrange on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at 2pm with burial to follow at Valley of Rest in LaGrange. Visitation will be from Noon until the start of the service at the church.
