She was born to the late James Wesley and Nannie Bell (Troxell) Lunsford in Skylight, Kentucky on August 8, 1949.
Barb enjoyed looking at books, was a lover of animals, and quite the coffee connoisseur.
She is preceded in death by her siblings, Dorothy, Forrest, and Willie Lunsford.
Left to cherish the memory of Barb are her siblings, James Lunsford (Donna), Mary Erwin (Harold), Joe Lunsford (Lynn), Billy Lunsford (Linda), Betty Burton, Bob Lunsford (Juanita), Virginia Moore, and Lottie Lunsford; a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
A celebration of Barb's life will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 1pm at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange with burial to follow in Valley of Rest Cemetery in LaGrange. Visitation will be from 11am until the start of the service at the funeral home.
Memorial donations can be directed in Barb's name to the Kosairs Crusade for Children.
